Aim
The journal aims to promote the convergence of legal science with the constantly changing environment and to identify trends that are important for the development of society.
For the further popularization of the idea of European integration, the priority is to familiarize both the professional circles and the wider public with comparative legal and interdisciplinary research.
The journal assists young researchers to take effective steps in the academic realm and to cooperate with experienced scientists and professional societies.
Scope
The journal mainly accommodates scientific and research papers prepared on behalf of the university by both expert and academic personnel and by students of doctoral and master's programs. Special attention is paid to issues of approximation of Georgian law to European standards.
Periodicity
The journal is published at least once a year. In individual cases, more than one or a special issue may be prepared by decision of the editorial board. Given the complex process of refereeing, editing, and publishing, the publication of the current (latest) periodical issue may be made available after the period of the corresponding calendar year, but, as a rule, does not extend beyond the following calendar year.
