The author grants the journal the irrevocable right to use the material submitted for publication (reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify the text for publication purposes) with due reference to the author (within the scope of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license).

The right to modify the text includes scientific and technical, as well as visual changes of the material submitted for publication, to prepare an electronic and/or hard copy edition. In the case of a printed version, the circulation is determined by the journal.

The author himself is obliged to obtain the appropriate consent from the co-author on the transfer of rights.

All property rights to the published material are owned by the journal, and the author cannot demand royalties or make any other claims of a proprietary nature. The author retains personal copyright to the material.

The author is not limited to republishing the material provided that the fact of initial publication in the journal is indicated. For commercial purposes, property issues related to further publication must be agreed upon with the journal.
