Ethical Standards
The journal agrees, supports, and implements the policies and principles developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) https://publicationethics.org/.
The editorial board respects academic freedom and, at the same time, is committed to unwaveringly protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms when making decisions about the publication of material.
Unethical, hateful, discriminatory, derogatory, and personalized text is considered unacceptable.
Any attempt to communicate outside the scope of professional standards that harasses the journal staff is also considered unacceptable. Any such behavior will result in an automatic refusal to publish the relevant specific material, and the editorial board reserves the right to make a unilateral decision on any further communication with the author.
The journal takes care to prevent any manifestation of a conflict of interest. Any person involved in the decision-making process on the publication of a work is obliged to declare to the editorial board the existence of a conflict of interest.
In the event of a conflict of interest between a member of the editorial board and an author, the relevant member of the board shall be excluded (by self-exclusion) from the particular decision-making process.
Any person has the right to declare such a conflict using a corresponding written application to the board.
