ანდრეა ბორონი არის პროფესორი ნიუ ვიჟენ უნივერსიტეტში. ასევე ასოცირებული პროფესორი კერძო შედარებით სამართალში ლუიჯი ვანვიტელის სახელობის უნივერსიტეტში, კამპანიაში, და ჟან მონეს სახელობის უნივერსიტეტში პოლიტიკურ მეცნიერებათა კათედრაზე. ის იტალიასა და სხვა ქვეყნებში მიწვეული ლექტორია. მას ხშირად იწვევენ ბაჰრეინის ქალთა სამეფო უნივერსიტეტში. 2019 წელს ის მიწვეული იყო სტამბოლში იუნესკოს საზაფხულო აკადემიაში „ქალთა უფლებებისა და შესაძლებლობების გაფართოების“ პროექტში. პავიის უნივერსიტეტის (summa cum laude) დამთავრების შემდეგ მან სამართლის მაგისტრის ხარისხი მიიღო, 2006 წელს ლუიზიანას სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში და იმავე წელს ტრენტოს უნივერსიტეტში დაიცვა სადოქტორო შედარებით სამართალში, მეორე ხარისხი კი (summa cum laude) საბანკო სამართალსა და მევახშეობის საწინააღმდეგო რეგულაციაში მიიღო. მას დაენიშნა ვან კალკერის სახელობის სტიპენდია შედარებით სამართალში შვეიცარიის ინსტიტუტის მიერ ლოზანაში და როტარის ფონდის საელჩოს სტიპენდია აშშ-ში 2005-2006 წლებში. იმავე წლებში მიიღო სტიპენდია პოლ ჰერნერტის იურიდიული ცენტრის LSU-სგან და შედარებითი სამართლის ამერიკული საზოგადოების სტიპენდია პანელ-პრეზენტაციისთვის სტამბოლში YCC კონფერენციაზე ქოჩის უნივერსიტეტში 2017 წელს. ის არის ასევე პროფესორი იურიდიულ, ფისკალურ და ფინანსურ საკითხებში, უნივერსიტეტ Link Campus-ის სამაგისტრო პროგრამის Blockchain ed Economia delle Criptovalute-ის ფარგლებში, ისლამური კორპორაციული მმართველობის მოდულის ხელმძღვანელი LUISS-ის სამაგისტრო პროგრამის ფარგლებში, Business & ბორონი არის სავაჭრო ფინანსების მაგისტრი: Pagamenti e Strumenti per il Commercio Estero და ლონდონის საარბიტრაჟო სასამართლოს ახალგაზრდა საერთაშორისო საარბიტრაჟო ჯგუფის წევრი. ის არის იტალიის განათლების, უნივერსიტეტისა და კვლევის სამინისტროს რეფერი შედარებითი სამართლის სფეროში კვლევითი პროექტების შეფასებასა და VQR-ის (კვლევის ხარისხის შეფასება) საკითხში. ის ავტორი და რედაქტორია ბევრი მონოგრაფიის და სამეცნიერო პუბლიკაციისა შედარებით სამართალში, წევრია კერძო შედარებითი სამართლის კვლევისა და შეფასების სამეცნიერო და სარედაქციო ცენტრებისა, ასევე ისეთი საერთაშორისო აკადემიების, როგორებიცაა Juris Diversitas, the Société de Législation Comparée და ბევრი სხვა. ის არის აგრეთვე Pepper IV and V ანგარიშის ექსპერტი, პარიზის ისლამური ბიზნესის და ფინანსების საერთაშორისო სავაჭრო პალატის სამეცნიერო ხელმძღვანელი (რეზიდენცია რომში), AAOIFI-ის საექსპერტო ფონდის წევრი და Network contract-ის საერთაშორისო დახმარების ექსპერტი, აფრეთვე ინტელექტუალური საკუთრების საკითხებში მილანის, მონცა დე ბრიანცისა და ლოდის სავაჭრო პალატის ექსპერტი. პროფესორი ანდრეა ბორონი 20 წელიწადზე მეტია მილანში იურიდიული საქმიანობით არის დაკავებული, მუშაობს კორპორაციული სამართლისა და სავაჭრო-სახელშეკრულებო სამართლის სფეროში, საბანკო, ფინტექის, ინტელექტუალური სამართლის, სურსათის უვნებლობისა და ენეგეტიკის კანონის ვიწრო სპეციალიზაციით.
