On May 4, a roundtable with John King on career development of the university’s administrative and academic staff was held in the format of dialogue. Participants discussed the obstacles of institutional cooperation and the issues of career development. Employees raised and discussed ongoing problems related to them and received recommendations from John King about the future development, including professional growth.
During the meeting, the main strategic directions, as well as current projects of the university, were also discussed. Participants agreed that a roundtable with John King on career development will take place on regular basis.
