NVU Research at UNDP Fair

New Vision University participated in a Civil Society Organizations Fair supported by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and British Embassy in Georgia.

The event aimed to demonstrate 16 innovative projects of Civil Society implemented under UNDP small grants projects during 2018.

NVU Project research was dedicated to existing system of workplace dispute resolution in public agencies of Georgia and to identify the necessities by situation analysis.

Sophie Chachava, NVU Professor and Sophie Tkemaladze, NVU Assistant Professor, assisted by Tamar Tsertsvadze, the assistant researcher, prepared recommendations on prevention, at an early stage resolution and effective solution of workplace disputes within the public agencies of Georgia.
