Simulated Court and Mediation Processes
On June 7-8, the final stage of the labor law court and mediation simulation project organized by New Vision University's Law School took place.
This student project has been conducted annually at New Vision University since 2019. This year, 24 student teams participated in the initial stage of the competition, while 20 teams - around 70 students - participated in the final stage.
Training sessions were conducted for the participating teams in the initial stage on labor law and legal writing, procedural skills, and mediation. Following this, each participating team prepared legal conclusions, lawsuits, and responses.
During the final stage, simulated processes were held in both court and mediation directions. Around 30 practicing lawyers and mediators were invited as expert judges. They provided detailed feedback to the competition participants.
After the completion of the simulated processes, teams were awarded special nominations identified by the judges and received corresponding certificates and branded gifts.
