Sophio Jokhadze earned both a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2021, she was also awarded a Doctor of Law degree from New Vision University.

With her background as the head of legal departments for various holdings, she has an extensive working experience in the field of private law. Since 2007, she has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association and has also served as a trainer for the Bar Association. In addition, Sophio Jokhadze holds a license as an insolvency practitioner and is a member and trainer of the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association. Furthermore, she has completed the mediation certificate training course.
