Mr. Alexander Tavartkiladze was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Medicine from the Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy (2008). Throughout 2005-2009 years, he passed residency at the Oncology and Hematology department of the Louis Pasteur University's Civil Hospital. Mr. Tavartkiladze was awarded an International Certificate in molecular medicine and clinical oncology (2009). He did internships in Chemotherapy and Oncology at the following clinics: Geneva University Hospital's Department of Molecular Medicine, Switzerland (Geneva, 2006), Chiba State University (Japan, Chiba, 2007), Oncology Department of the Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris, France, 2008), Department of Clinical Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine of the Uludağ University (Turkey, Bursa, 2009), Greece's National Institute of Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment, the Oncology and Hematology Department, Neimachen University (Greece, Flora, 2009). Currently, he is clinical and scientific project coordinator at the Oncology and Hematology Department of Louis Pasteur University Hospital- Civil (since 2008) and Expert in Molecular Medicine and Clinical Oncology at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (since 2009).
